Local Knowledge I'm a native
Oregonian and lifelong Oregon resident who grew up enjoying our family beach home on the
Northern Oregon Coast. My dream from that time on was to make the coast my home. If
your goal is to live here, too - either full or part time - let me help you realize
it.

investors. We love this area, believe in its future, and I'd love to talk to you about

Experience and EducationI'm a Reed College graduate with post-graduate study in journalism, and a background in housing, non-profit professional association management, advertising and public relations. I also hold a slew of those alphabet-soup real estate designations, including GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist - held by less than 5 percent of Realtors), and ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative). The designations demonstrate my real estate experience and ongoing commitment to continuing education. I believe my customers deserve an experienced professional who is aware of current real estate issues.
PersonalI work in a place I love, and I enjoy my life here immensely. My favorite outdoor activities include bicycling, surfing, canoeing and gardening - and I'm just learning how to golf. Other passions include art and design, history (particulary historic architecture), and yoga. My husband, David Matthews, is a local building contractor who specializes in new homes with historical detailing. Our shared interest in construction projects can help you if you're planning to build, because we've done it ourselves, we know the issues you face and can help point the way. |
