Nehalem Bay State Park is south of Manzanita and is located on a spit with Nehalem Bay on one side and the Pacific Ocean on the other. The campground features a variety of camping options: yurts, full RV hook-ups, tent camping, a horse camp with individual corrals, fly-in camping (next to airstrip) and hiker/biker camping. There is boat parking and a boat ramp. Pets allowed. See web page for fees and other information.

There is a State Forestry Park at Nehalem Falls on the Nehalem River with 18 individual tent campsites and one group campsite. There is no fee. There are toilets and running water but no hook-ups or other services. This campground is barrier free.

Also on the river is Roy Creek Park (county), a small park with a few campsites, toilets but no other services, running water or hook-ups. There is a $4 fee per night.

PLEASE NOTE:  Camping is no longer allowed anywhere on Manzanita Beach.
